Senior Subcontracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to manage subcontract activities for government programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle subcontract management activities, including proposal support and post-award management
• Negotiate agreements, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and conduct price analysis
• Interface with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with contract requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience
• Must be a US Citizen
• Experience with federal subcontracting and knowledge of FAR and DFARS
• Proven ability to negotiate complex terms and manage concurrent projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and stakeholders
