Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client Request for Proposals (RFPs) and collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify project scope and deliverables
• Develop and edit detailed technical proposals, including project background, objectives, deliverables, methods, and budget
• Manage proposal development workflow and maintain a centralized RFI/RFP knowledge database

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science with 5+ years, Master of Science with 2+ years, or Ph.D. with 1+ year of experience in scientific or biotechnology fields
• Proven scientific writing skills and experience with proposal or RFP writing is a plus
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams to meet client expectations
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
