Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to craft user experiences that distinguish their products in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and clarify design requirements
• Utilize Figma for design system, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

• At least four (4) years of relevant UX design experience
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
• Knowledge of Lean UX methods and tools
• Deep experience using Figma for design
• Advanced interaction design skills and understanding of atomic design principles
