Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to shape the user experience for data-heavy, enterprise-grade products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX design initiatives from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, visual comps, style guides, and redline specs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and ensure compliance with accessibility standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in UX and interface design, preferably with complex enterprise applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing full ownership of UX projects
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD
• Understanding of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards is a plus
