Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for complex AI-driven clinical interfaces
• Create intuitive workflows and data displays for clinical record review
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and clinical experts in product pods

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/product design experience, with 2+ years owning product areas
• 2+ years experience in healthcare or healthtech
• Proven success in designing for expert users and data-heavy workflows
• Experience with complex B2B products in regulated environments
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
