Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts within the workstream and recommend technical designs for complex user stories
• Assign user stories to mid-level developers and system administrators, providing guidance for quality output
• Design, develop, and optimize complex workflows, business rules, and UI policies within ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, including core platform and advanced modules
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proficient in scripting and development, particularly with JavaScript
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and practical implementation within ServiceNow
