Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant to drive solution excellence and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and workflows
  • Lead the technical pre-sales process by addressing complex product questions and providing insights
  • Collaborate with account executives to design tailored ServiceNow solutions and conduct product demonstrations
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core modules (ITSM, CSM, HR, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience supporting enterprise software sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong consultative approach with excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical details to both business and technical audiences
