Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and workflows
- Lead the technical pre-sales process by addressing complex product questions and providing insights
- Collaborate with account executives to design tailored ServiceNow solutions and conduct product demonstrations
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core modules (ITSM, CSM, HR, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Experience supporting enterprise software sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong consultative approach with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to communicate technical details to both business and technical audiences
