A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support customer success and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Join recurring customer calls to understand their business processes and technical environments
- Build, integrate, and optimize customer service automations using a Visual Flow Builder
- Manage technical support responses and escalations to ensure timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience building automated process flows
- Experience working with APIs and developing integrations
- Coding experience in Python and/or Node.js
- 2+ years of experience within the SaaS industry (preferred)
