Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead key initiatives for their platform of cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the product strategy and roadmap for Vulnerability Management and Compliance
• Drive strategic initiatives from concept to launch, balancing near-term deliverables with long-term vision
• Gather customer, partner, and market insights to inform priorities, product design, and value differentiation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, preferably in exposure management or threat detection
• Experience building and launching technical security products in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define, interpret, and act on product metrics
