Key Responsibilities
- Provide cradle-to-grave subcontract support from solicitation to closeout
- Collaborate with team members to define subcontracting requirements and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Maintain positive relationships with division partners and subcontractors while managing subcontract status and documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in cradle-to-grave federal subcontracting, including FAR/DFAR knowledge
- Proven ability in negotiation and development of various subcontract types
- Experience with government subcontract file documentation and CPSR requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with 3-5 years of related experience
- 6 years of related experience may substitute for a degree
