State Licensed Deputy General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy General Counsel, Litigation - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative culture
• Oversee all company litigation matters, including commercial and regulatory inquiries
• Develop and implement litigation and risk management strategies aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and current state attorney's license
• 15 years of relevant work experience, including 12 years as an attorney
• 5 years of experience representing managed care companies or clients in regulated industries
• 10 years of leadership/people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
