Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Senior Retirement Consultants to achieve customer deepening goals
- Develop and implement strategies to meet business goals and enhance employee adoption of new initiatives
- Manage service level metrics, ensuring high call quality and customer experience standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations required
- 3-5 years of relatable sales experience in the financial services industry
- Proven success in sales management
- 3-5 years of relatable leadership experience preferred
