Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical expertise and support for enterprise B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, remote desktop, and case management systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across platforms, software systems, and databases
  • Contribute to Knowledge Base documentation and participate in on-call rotations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with SQL queries and relational databases
  • Experience with Linux/Unix commands and shell scripts
  • Knowledge of support processes and ticketing systems
  • Open to 24X7 rotational shifts
