Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to leverage product and technical expertise to support strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for customers to effectively utilize the platform and services
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify opportunities for increasing value and enhancing customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a support, technical account management, or consulting role in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in the automotive industry or roadside assistance space is preferred
  • Strong technical understanding, including familiarity with APIs or custom code
  • History of managing multiple assignments and projects independently
  • Experience supporting critical processes for major Enterprise customers
