Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst 3-Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to internal and external customers
  • Resolve issues in a timely manner to meet expected metrics and SLAs
  • Assess ticket priority and escalate as necessary to resolve issues promptly
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of six years experience in a hardware technology-related field
  • Experience in customer success strategies, technical support/helpdesk, or sales engineering roles
  • Technical degree (e.g., BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) with a 3.0 GPA
  • 3+ years experience troubleshooting hardware technical issues in a post-sales environment
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes weekends as needed
