A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for IT service requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to various IT systems and applications
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including account creation and equipment provisioning
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or Azure Fundamentals are a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and endpoint management platforms
- Basic understanding of networking principles (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
- Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
