Key Responsibilities

• Own the structure and content of the Help Center

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or UX writing in a SaaS or B2B environment
• Strong ability to organize information logically and scalably
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Zendesk, or Intercom
• Curiosity about AI and experience using tools like ChatGPT
