Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Training to enhance the performance and quality of Operations Configuration staff through effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage training and educational programs for the Claims and Configuration department
- Assess and identify individual or group training needs
- Analyze training program effectiveness and prepare reports and recommendations for management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care/insurance environment
- Familiarity with computer-based training tools and technology-based training platforms
- Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning styles
- Previous leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or supervisory roles
