Job Summary
A company is looking for a Treasury Service Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of treasury products and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients to support their day-to-day servicing needs
- Develop relationships with clients to identify solutions and improve their experience
- Coordinate client documentation and assist with the implementation of new Treasury Management products and services
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 5+ years of proven customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services
- Knowledge of Cash Management products and services
- Ability to work independently as well as in team environments
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
