Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and build strong relationships to ensure exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Participate in training, team building, and strategic meetings, both onsite and remotely
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of prior industry experience
- An active Property & Casualty License
- A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
- A team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation
- Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system
