Voucher Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voucher Processing & Redemption Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly review voucher applications for eligibility and compliance in a high-volume processing environment
• Accurately enter and manage application data in processing systems and maintain up-to-date records
• Provide clear communication with external stakeholders regarding application status and documentation requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, environmental science, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, data processing, or customer service
• Experience in grant management or voucher processing programs is a plus
