Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wholesale Coordinator (Floater).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of loan files, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Provide coverage for Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator(s) and assist with overflow loans and other tasks
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including loan officers and third parties, to facilitate loan processing

Required Qualifications

• Previous mortgage processing experience required
• Intermediate knowledge of mortgage loan documents and underwriting guidelines
• Ability to handle advanced tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Intermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
