A company is looking for a Wholesale Customer Service Associate to manage customer relationships and support order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage order processing, including entry, modifications, tracking, and fulfillment
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and brand partners
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with order and warehouse processing systems; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
