A company is looking for a Zoom Consultant/Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultation for call center design and discovery, focusing on omni-channel solutions
- Advise on call center best practices as part of the implementation process
- Configure Zoom queue, flow, workforce management, quality management, surveys, and virtual assistant features
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading large Zoom implementations with multiple integrations
- Proficiency in call center design and best practices
- Knowledge of Zoom platform features including WFM, QM, and ZVA
- Ability to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule
- Contract availability for a duration of 3 months, 40 hours per week
