Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager 1 - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles incoming leads for large groups and catering opportunities, ensuring timely responses and proper turnover of business
• Maximizes revenue by up-selling business opportunities and executing operational aspects of booked business
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and future bookings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, or related field; or a 2-year degree in a relevant field with 2 years of experience
• Preferred experience in selling large group business and knowledge of the group sales process
• Team-based selling experience is advantageous
• A degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
