Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer data processes to ensure compliance with data governance policies across Salesforce and related systems
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Customer Data Dictionary, defining key data elements and business rules
- Collaborate with various departments to align data processes with business objectives and oversee data quality maintenance
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years in Salesforce data management or CRM data governance
- Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and customer data model design
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality metrics
- Proficiency in case and issue management tools, particularly Salesforce Cases
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Management, or related field
