Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Residential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and reporting functions for a residential portfolio of 15-18 entities
• Complete and review monthly and annual closes, preparing necessary financial reports and supporting audits
• Maintain general ledgers, reconcile accounts, and assist in preparing annual operating budgets

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of professional experience in real estate or public accounting
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Familiarity with JDEdwards, RealPage, or Yardi is a bonus
