Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Application Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and resolve complex customer issues while maintaining composure
  • Engage in troubleshooting high and critical issues, ensuring adherence to internal SLAs
  • Act as an escalation point for Support Engineers and conduct training for junior staff
Qualifications
  • Experience in log analysis
  • Availability for after-hours support on a 24/7/365 basis
  • Ability to review and modify scripts primarily in MS SQL databases
  • Previous experience in FinTech or Banking is preferred
  • Familiarity with supporting mobile applications and Microsoft C# applications
