Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Application Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve complex customer issues while maintaining composure
- Engage in troubleshooting high and critical issues, ensuring adherence to internal SLAs
- Act as an escalation point for Support Engineers and conduct training for junior staff
Qualifications
- Experience in log analysis
- Availability for after-hours support on a 24/7/365 basis
- Ability to review and modify scripts primarily in MS SQL databases
- Previous experience in FinTech or Banking is preferred
- Familiarity with supporting mobile applications and Microsoft C# applications
