A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
- Outline design specifications and analyze business processes to support customer experience goals
- Verify that business requirements are met by validating test results against the requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in requirements management
- At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid services
- Experience in requirements change management and traceability (RTM)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with relational databases
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
