A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Developer to support USPS and their Logistics Tech Services Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with developers and service providers for task assignments and availability
• Define project requirements, establish estimates, and design computer solutions with team members
• Provide technical expertise and governance, ensuring solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of business analysis and development experience
• Ability to maintain a USPS Public Trust clearance
• Experience in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams
• Strong understanding of industry trends and modernization efforts
