A company is looking for a Sr Client Care Analyst specializing in Onboarding and Compliance Support, working remotely in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Support backend administrative tasks and record keeping for HR onboarding
- Assist management with process improvements and provide ad hoc reporting to clients
- Maintain documentation and compliance related to drug and alcohol testing in the preemployment process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and developing processes within it
- Prior administrative experience, particularly in quality and compliance support
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience and apply appropriate judgment
