Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to support operations employees through the design of learning programs and courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Create various learning methods including e-learning and instructor-led training modules
• Consult with subject matter experts to develop content and design materials
• Manage multiple projects and content libraries using learning management systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Instructional Design or Education is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Instructional Design
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for content creation
• Experience with instructional design models such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and tools like Articulate Storyline
