Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and resolve escalated member or provider issues
  • Train and support service center representatives with resources and information
  • Maintain records and manage workflows within the service center team
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
  • Three to four years of experience in a high-volume service center or managed care environment
  • Substantial previous related work experience in managed care benefits member/provider services
  • Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Familiarity with customer information systems and organizational benefit plans
