Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and resolve escalated member or provider issues
- Train and support service center representatives with resources and information
- Maintain records and manage workflows within the service center team
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
- Three to four years of experience in a high-volume service center or managed care environment
- Substantial previous related work experience in managed care benefits member/provider services
- Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls and maintain a professional demeanor
- Familiarity with customer information systems and organizational benefit plans
