A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategic business decisions and influence peers to increase market share
- Contribute to product/process improvements by developing automation techniques and diagnostic tools
- Act as an advisor for complex customer issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to meet security screening requirements
- Microsoft Technology Certifications preferred
- Experience supporting SharePoint and OneDrive for Business
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
