Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for desktop services including device inventory, imaging, security, and software updates
• Document standard Service Desk processes and identify enhancements beneficial to HUD
• Manage and optimize ForeScout and ensure compliance policies are maintained across the environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Computer-related field with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Experience with large scale laptop refresh projects
• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL 4 Foundation certifications preferred
• Experience with Remote Desktop management tools and ServiceNow is a plus
