Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all technology operations and ensure alignment with product development
• Define and manage the technology department, including staffing and performance activities
• Lead the team in an agile/scrum environment to improve quality and deliver customer value on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with management of cross-functional teams
• 3+ years in leadership/management roles overseeing multiple disciplines
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecting/developing API services and web-based applications
• 5+ years delivering products using Agile software development
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
