• Provide 24/7 emergency travel assistance to clients
• Utilize Sabre and Apollo systems for booking and managing travel arrangements
• Handle VIP and international travel requests efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of travel agency experience
• Strong knowledge of Sabre and Apollo systems
• Experience with VIP and international travel
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work overnight shifts
