700Apps is looking for a dedicated Microsoft CRM Specialist to enhance our customer relationship management capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Microsoft CRM system to improve customer engagement, streamline processes, and support our sales and marketing teams. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide solutions that leverage the full potential of the CRM platform.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the Microsoft CRM system, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
- Customize and configure CRM functionalities to meet the specific needs of different teams.
- Provide training and support to users to optimize their use of the CRM system.
- Analyze CRM data and generate reports to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate CRM with other business applications.
- Identify and troubleshoot any system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Stay informed about new features and updates in Microsoft CRM and advise on best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements for CRM enhancements and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Microsoft CRM Specialist or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its modules.
- Experience with CRM implementation, customization, and administration.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide training and support to diverse user groups.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft CRM are a plus.
- Understanding of sales and marketing processes is desirable.
