Academic Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Sales Associate (Entry Level).

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective students and families who have requested tutoring services (30-70 calls per day)
• Guide students through the trial process, helping them connect with tutors
• Handle inbound inquiries for tutoring services quickly and effectively

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of education in the U.S. and methods for ensuring student success
• A bachelor's degree is a plus
• General computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and VOIP
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt
• Experience with CRM operations is a plus but not required
