Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Access Center Representative to manage calls and assist individuals seeking behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of calls related to accessing behavioral health services
  • Prioritize cases and work with on-call providers to triage requests and manage documentation
  • Conduct video and phone test calls while troubleshooting basic technology issues
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of recent customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of previous call center experience, strongly preferred
  • Strong computer skills and experience with contact center systems or customer relationship databases
  • Knowledge of medical and/or psychiatric terminology is strongly preferred
  • Ability to sit for an extended period of time
