A company is looking for a Part-Time Access Center Representative to manage calls and assist individuals seeking behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of calls related to accessing behavioral health services
- Prioritize cases and work with on-call providers to triage requests and manage documentation
- Conduct video and phone test calls while troubleshooting basic technology issues
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of recent customer service experience
- 1-2 years of previous call center experience, strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills and experience with contact center systems or customer relationship databases
- Knowledge of medical and/or psychiatric terminology is strongly preferred
- Ability to sit for an extended period of time
