Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to execute operational processes for work order management and service partner follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with customers, service providers, and employees to manage routine and non-routine activities
  • Resolve maintenance repair work orders and assist with dispatching, scheduling, and post-service activities
  • Communicate customer requirements and collaborate with internal groups to address challenges and opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
  • Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages and discounts
