Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Customer Success Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop working knowledge of account management processes and integrated strategies
  • Assist in preparing Customer Success documents and maintain communication with Account Teams
  • Support the resolution of Client questions and needs in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive agency or customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Extremely organized and task-oriented
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
