Key Responsibilities
- Develop working knowledge of account management processes and integrated strategies
- Assist in preparing Customer Success documents and maintain communication with Account Teams
- Support the resolution of Client questions and needs in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive agency or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Extremely organized and task-oriented
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
