Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator, PBM to support the PBM Commercial account teams with large and jumbo commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and client management teams with day-to-day client requirements
- Manage and execute all client benefit requests accurately and timely
- Analyze client requests and collaborate with teams to complete required plan documentation
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
- 1+ years of experience in PBM, health plan, or benefits consulting
- Proven ability to build trusting internal and external relationships
- Experience with structured and unstructured data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge is a bonus
