Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound phone calls to prospects in an assigned territory using sales tools
- Build rapport, qualify prospects, and communicate the value of software offerings to potential clients
- Contact warm prospects via telephone and email, assisting them in purchasing add-on products and services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Sales experience in software or a related industry preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
- Ability to operate in a time-sensitive sales environment
- Participation in weekly sales training and meetings to share best practices
