Account Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Management Associate to support institutional client relationships and enhance client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with institutional clients under the guidance of Senior Account Managers
• Respond to client escalations and communicate updates to ensure alignment and resolution
• Support partner management and execution to deliver a best-in-class client experience

Required Qualifications

• Strong sense of collaboration and urgency in delivering client success
• Proven ability to establish and maintain trust-driven relationships
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Experience in Account/Relationship Management is preferred
• Knowledge of digital assets and prior Prime Brokerage experience is a plus
