A company is looking for a Coordinator, Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer outreach through various channels including email, phone, and live chat
- Handle an average of 10-15 customer cases and answer 15-20 incoming calls daily
- Participate in team huddles and cross-departmental meetings as the Managed Care point person
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1-3+ years of previous customer service experience preferred
- Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
- Managed care, reimbursement, and in-store pharmacy experience preferred
