Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Management Support Rep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of business for existing accounts
  • Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and align them with product/service strategies
  • Respond to escalated issues and collaborate with service managers and specialists for assigned accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of account management or sales experience
  • Computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Background in commissioned, tangible product sales
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
