A company is looking for an Account Management Support Rep.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business for existing accounts
- Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and align them with product/service strategies
- Respond to escalated issues and collaborate with service managers and specialists for assigned accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of account management or sales experience
- Computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Background in commissioned, tangible product sales
- Bachelor's degree preferred
