A company is looking for an Account Manager to join their Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of over 1,000 customer accounts, acting as the primary contact and addressing customer needs
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer value and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and monitor key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an Account Management role, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Proven success managing a large book of business across self-serve and sales-assisted models
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Track record of driving revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and retention strategies
- Strong understanding of key metrics such as MRR, churn, retention, and NPS
