Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the bid process by qualifying RFPs, writing proposals, and developing pricing strategies for clients
- Define project-level feasibility for client bids and maintain the company's CRM tool with delivered bids
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to enhance client relationships and drive incremental revenue through sales and effective up-selling
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of work experience in a business environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in customer service is desirable
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of business processes and customer orientation
