Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to facilitate client relationships and manage project bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the bid process by qualifying RFPs, writing proposals, and developing pricing for clients
- Define project-level feasibility for client bids and maintain the CRM tool with delivered bids
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to enhance client relationships and drive incremental revenue
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of work experience in a business environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in customer service is desirable
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of business processes and strong customer orientation
